Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning. This practice tones and sculpts the entire body while facilitating complete inner transformation. Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret” which was initially used in reference to Ayurvedic herbs. Practicing Buti helps us strip away the layers that hide this cure and realize the power to heal is within.
Discover improvements in your posture and your overall mobility with Fit Flow. This class targets your entire body. It is a faster-paced routine of typical yoga poses. The goal is to build endurance, tone muscles and increase flexibility. With continual practice your body adapts and movements from one posture to another are made with ease. Open to all levels of fitness from the beginner to athlete.
Pilates is a low-impact exercise that target the core, the “powerhouse” of the body, the goal is to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and increase range of motion. Expect a full-body exercise with movements are slow and precise.
Just like it sounds, mellow flow is a smooth flowing hatha yoga class. It’s the perfect way to end your weekend and prepare for the week ahead! Offered on Sunday evenings 5-6pm, this class is the perfect blend of fluid movements and static stretching. Target all the tissues required for fluid movement in this all-in-one class!
EVERYBODY is invited- whether you're a stage maven, a closet boogey down-er, a self-described "living without a rhythmic bone in my body-er" - to participate in this uplifting dance class that's all about getting down! The goal of this class is to learn the basics of simple repetitive choreography and to explore all the ways that your little grooves can be built upon and modified so that you can approach any beat, jam, riff or breakdown with style and musicality. You can expect a juicy, activating warm-up, 90 minutes of hip-swaying, booty-moving, heart-pumping music, and all the room to laugh, get playful, open up and feel confident on the dance floor. Move to the music and embrace the fact that everyone CAN and SHOULD dance!
This is a low-impact, all-levels, HIIT-based class! It brings a dynamic set of exercises for strength, agility, and endurance training. A variety of equipment is utilized alongside your own bodyweight, finishing with restorative stretches to have you leaving the studio feeling invigorated. Suitable for all people. Modify as necessary.
This is a typical hatha yoga class. Class begins with a brief centering practice, welcoming ourselves to our mat and to our shared space. During this time, we set an intention for our practice, for our day, for our forever. Centering is followed by energetic movement through a series of yoga postures. An invigorating hatha yoga class like ours, typically leaves students feeling calm, refreshed, and happy. Our hope is that you will too!

Zumba® takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
